On 6 and 7 May, our partner NTUA, representing the Excel4Pro project, participated in the Convert2Green Project Final Review Meeting.
As part of a side event, Prof. Magdalini Krokida from NTUA presented the newly established NTUA Plant-based Protein HUB in Greece. The presentation introduced the HUB’s vision, objectives, proposed structure, and its role in fostering collaboration among research institutions, industry, and other stakeholders across the plant-based protein value chain.
The event brought together approximately 50 participants, including academics, industry representatives, and students, providing an excellent opportunity to promote knowledge exchange and strengthen networks supporting innovation in sustainable plant-based proteins.
The event provided an excellent opportunity for Excel4Pro to strengthen its network, foster new collaborations, and build stronger connections among key stakeholders working towards more sustainable and innovative plant-based protein systems.
