The event will take place on Friday, 17 July, at the Alexander Innovation Zone in Thessaloniki, Greece, bringing together innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders to explore the future of sustainable food.

During the event, we will welcome innovative alternative protein startups and brands. Together, we will explore the vision of sustainable food systems and the future of protein, while also enjoying a tasting session featuring their delicious products.

We are happy to welcome Panagiotis Magoulas, founder of Ovengan269, as our speaker for this session, which will be moderated by İlknur Şahin, Project Manager at Foodback.
