We are organizing an inspiring event focused on sustainable food systems, entrepreneurship, and alternative proteins. In this event, Cansu Yegin, Co-Founder of Koolseed, will share her entrepreneurial journey, her vision for sustainable food, and her experience in developing plant-based, protein-enriched products. The session will be moderated by İlknur Şahin, Project Manager at Foodback.

Following the talk, there will be a tasting session featuring high-protein snacks developed by Koolseed.
